In the event you wish to make a claim all you need do is simply phone or write to our Travel Claims Department within 30 days and we'll get a claim form to you and help resolve your claim with the minimum of inconvenience to you.

You pay nothing extra, regardless of how many claims you make! We find most clients take out this option - it really does make sense - and we urge you to consider doing the same.
